The Challenge
YURA's founding team came to us with a clear product vision and a tight runway. They needed a brand, a product UX, and a go-to-market system, all moving in parallel. The category, healthcare benefits, is technical and crowded. The work had to make YURA feel modern and trustworthy from day one, to employees, employers, and investors at the same time.
