Super Conscious Studio LLC ("Super Conscious," "we," "us") operates super-conscious.studio. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you fill in a form on this site (a project brief, the pricing page, the newsletter or the quiz), we collect what you enter: usually your name, email address and company, and what you tell us about your project, budget, timing and how you heard about us. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and chosen time on our behalf.
How you arrived
When you first visit and when you return from a link or an ad, the site keeps a note in your browser of how you arrived: the referring website, the campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), and any click ID an ad platform added. If you later submit a form, that note is sent with it, so we know which channel introduced you.
Usage data
We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country or city level).
Advertising
We may use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which lets LinkedIn recognize visitors to this site so we can show them our ads on LinkedIn and measure whether those ads led to an enquiry. LinkedIn receives information such as the pages you visit, your browser and IP address, and matches it to LinkedIn members in a way that does not reveal your identity to us. You can opt out below.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, follow up on them, understand how our site is used, and judge which of our marketing works. We do not sell your information for money. Allowing LinkedIn to show our ads to site visitors may count as "sharing" under some state privacy laws, which is why you can opt out of it.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the site and our business: Attio (our CRM, where enquiries are stored), Resend (email), Kit (our newsletter), Formspree (a backup if our own form service is down), Cal.com (bookings), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google (analytics) and LinkedIn (advertising). We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
When you submit a form, we may send you a confirmation and, after the pricing page, one follow-up a few days later, using Resend. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag use cookies to distinguish visitors. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies. The site keeps its note of how you arrived in your browser's local storage. You can clear or block these in your browser settings.
Your privacy choices
You can opt out of the LinkedIn advertising tag here. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends it. Your choice is saved in this browser, so you would need to make it again on another device or after clearing your browser data.
Data retention
Form submissions are kept in our CRM until you ask us to delete them. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to each provider's settings (26 months for Google Analytics).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you, or opt out of sharing, by emailing chris@super-conscious.studio. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
