The Challenge
Heard's founding team was building an AI-powered interview platform in a category that had no shortage of tools but very little human warmth. They needed a brand and product experience that felt as approachable as the research it was designed to support, while signaling the rigor and intelligence of the technology behind it.

We built the brand, product UI, and marketing system to share the same voice: clear, calm, and humane. AI capability is communicated through what it enables, not through what it is.
